Registered charity, Arts Taunton, has launched a programme offering grant funding to local arts groups keen to develop new projects.
We may all be in the middle of the Coronavirus pandemic but nothing is going to stop Arts Taunton from delivering its youth festival, Tyca 2020 this year.
